The country house was completely rebuilt in 2005 on the place of a ruin. Also a large cellar area was realised - a rarity in Marchigian country houses. The house has a ventilated roof, the heating and sanitary systems are state of the art. The house is an ideal permanent residence, but is also suitable as a holiday home or - thanks to the division into three flats - for holiday rental.
