Distances: approx. 2 km to the next charming villag with restaurants and a corner shop, other small villages with shops, bars and restaurants are about 3 to 5 km away, to Jesi approx. 25 km and to the airport of Ancona approx. 40 km.

About 35 to 40 km to different beach sections between Senigallia and Ancona, to the cliffs of Monte Conero it is a 50 minutes drive.
The stone house has been completely renovated and is immediately habitable. In an outbuilding still to be renovated, additional rooms for rent or a private flat could be realised.
- Total m² building:
About 530 m² of total area (gross space, including walls), of which approx. 420 m² in the main house, approx. 25 m² in a building with boiler room and storage, approx. 15 m² in a small house with storage space and approx. 70 m² in the still to be renovated outbuilding.
The ground floor of the main house is designed for guest catering and consists of a catering kitchen, reception, three bathrooms and three dining rooms of different sizes.
