The charming artist's palazzo is in good condition and ready to move into. It was modernised in 2000. The palazzo was equipped with central heating connected to the local gas network. The electrical system was updated, the windows were fitted with thermal glass and a second toilet with shower was added on the ground floor. The original character of the palazzo was preserved or restored. Special details include the original wooden beam ceilings on the first floor and a large wall fireplace with a unique stucco mirror. The floors are a mixture of original 18th-century brick tiles/mattoni and various terrazzo variants from the 1960s. The palazzo has two staircases with separate entrances, which also allow it to be divided into two separate units.
