You will find on this web site mostly properties in the country side but also town houses in the Central Italian region of the Marches (Le Marche). In our portfolio we only record properties which have something very special regarding to position, view or architecture. A "normal" or "average" apartment you will not find in our estate agency, but a rarity in the historical center (Centro Storico) you will. If we put a property in our books, then we want to stand by what we advertise 100 percent.
Based, authorized and registered in Germany, in addition educated and certificated in Italy, we offer mediation and advice about your own private paradise in the South. The Italian authorities have created strict requirements for this profession, which ultimately provide the highest possible security for the market participants. Academic high school diploma, an intensive education and training and the successful completion of written and oral examination at the competent Chamber of Commerce are essential prerequisites to get access to the Italian market as estate agent (agente immobiliare). Fluent knowledge of the Italian language is of course just as absolutely necessary.
